The Trust exists to support and assist schools to build upon their present strengths and to achieve rapid educational transformation. Our membership comprises of schools that have all chosen to convert to academy status.
We have developed a bespoke Leadership Academy programme for teaching staff and deliver training at all career stages. We run a series of internal networks including NQTs, subject specific, SEN and Inclusion Leaders. Alongside our internal programmes we also facilitate and host licenced national programmes such as National Professional Qualification for Senior Leaders, Middle Leaders and Headteachers.
Through regular Headteacher meetings, we support our senior leaders and promote collaborative learning from each other.
InMAT has high expectations and engages ambitious and hardworking staff and, above all, happy and enthusiastic children.
